When will construction begin? Construction on the first phase began in April 2023.

Who is the general contractor? The Ninth Element of Bozeman, Montana is the general contractor.

When will construction be completed? There will be three phases of construction with the last 2 buildings slated for completion in spring/summer 2024.

What are the residential amenties at The Drift? Each residence is 1,632 sq feet plus 233 sq feet of deck on a single level. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each residence plus an open concept kitchen and great room. There is a study/bonus area as well as a dedicated pantry. On the lower level there is a conditioned garage as well as gear room.
